We recommend startng with manual optimisation (Oxoia LIGHT oder Oxoia RECOMMEND). This allows building data to be examined in detail, and all parties involved – owners, operators or service providers – gain a better understanding of the use and energy consumption of the property. At the same time, initial optimisation steps can be implemented and experience gained.
In the next step, you can seamlessly switch to automated optimisation (Oxoia AUTOMATE) if desired. The target values for each operating plant are calculated continuously and applied directly. This allows energy consumption to be further reduced and minimised – without any manual effort.

At what energy consumption is eBO with Oxoia particularly attractive?
Operational optimization is worthwhile in any building. However, if the solution is to be refinanced within 12 months through savings alone, we recommend an annual energy consumption of CHF 20,000 or more.
Can I start with Oxoia LIGHT / Oxoia RECOMMEND and upgrade later?
Yes, that is possible. We even recommend a two-stage procedure.
How long does the implementation take?
The implementation of the solution takes one day - even for large properties.
How does the support work?
In the case of manual optimization (Oxoia RECOMMEND), we recommend 3 meetings per year to discuss measures:
- Online with representatives of building/customer and Oxoia/partners
- Joint selection and discussion of measures to be implemented
- Evaluation of the impact and next optimization steps
With Oxoia AUTOMATE, these adjustments are no longer necessary.
Do I have to buy hardware?
