We recommend starting with manual optimization (Oxoia LIGHT or Oxoia RECOMMEND). This allows building data to be scrutinized in a targeted manner and all those involved – owners, operators or service providers – get to know the use and energy operation of the property better. At the same time, initial optimization steps can be implemented and experience gained.

In the next step, you can seamlessly switch to automated optimization (Oxoia AUTOMATE) if required. The target values for each operating system are calculated continuously and applied directly. This allows energy consumption to be further reduced and minimized – without any manual effort.

The offer is based on your wishes. The prices are based on the size and complexity of the building, the degree of digitization and the desired scope of the meetings. This creates transparency for you and your budget managers. Oxoia’s services are considered energy-saving contracting according to the VMWG and expert reports.
