What data does Oxoia provide to support my optimisation work?
Oxoia provides high-resolution historical, real-time and forecast data on thermal behaviour, room and zone usage, and the operating status of technical systems. This data is automatically processed and visualised, enabling you to immediately identify inefficiencies such as simultaneous heating and cooling.
Can I use the Oxoia platform directly for my client reports?
Yes, of course. The platform is designed to allow you to generate and export reports, or grant customers direct access to specific views. This saves you time when documenting your cost-saving achievements.
To what extent does Oxoia’s solution integrate with existing building management systems (BMS)?
Our solution operates primarily in a non-invasive manner (Oxoia RECOMMEND). We collect data via additional sensors or standardised interfaces. The aim is to create transparency without compromising the existing primary control system. As an optimisation partner, you can use this transparency to fine-tune the settings of the existing technology.
Do I have to install the sensors myself?
Not necessarily. You can outsource the installation to our certified installation partners and focus solely on the energy analysis and advising the customer. If you have your own technical staff, you can of course take on both roles.
How does Oxoia help me secure new optimisation contracts?
We will refer clients to you whose buildings are equipped with the Oxoia solution and who now require professional support with ongoing operational optimisation. Furthermore, the use of state-of-the-art IoT technology will strengthen your position as an innovative engineering firm.
Is there a minimum term for the optimisation partnership?
As energy optimisation is an ongoing process, we aim to establish long-term partnerships. The exact terms and durations will be set out individually in the partnership agreement (Step 2 of your roadmap).
