No. Oxoia complements your existing building services with pre-configured sensors and gateways. No modifications, no new installations. The solution is up and running within a day.

Yes. Oxoia supports all common protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA and others. If there is no building management system in place, LoRaWAN sensors provide the necessary data.

Yes. As a rule, the savings achieved in the first year of operation exceed the cost of the solution. Oxoia does not require a traditional capital budget; the savings on running costs finance the solution.

Live and historical data are available immediately upon installation. Around two months after commissioning, we or an Oxoia-Partner will invite you to the first action meeting. At this meeting, the first specific cost-saving measures will be discussed and implemented. You can also implement optimisations independently.

Yes. Oxoia is designed as a self-service platform. Your facility manager can independently manage measures, monitor the indoor climate and access monthly reports without the need for an external energy consultant.

Oxoia is suitable for commercial, functional and mixed-use properties. For all properties with rooms that are heated, ventilated or cooled, Oxoia is the ideal optimisation solution.

Yes. Oxoia is fully white-labelled. You can use the platform with your own logo, colours and language. Your customers will see only your branding. The platform is available in German, French, Italian and English.
