AI recognizes correlations

The Center Mall is the central link between the two buildings Shoppi and Tivoli. Draughts in the building impair the shopping experience. Possible causes are doors, ventilation systems and fresh air flaps. However, the correlations and possible options for improving the situation are unclear.

Oxoia's innovative solution systematically analyzes the situation. LoRa wind sensors record the air flow and speed at various points in the center mall. Thanks to wireless technology, commissioning was quick and uncomplicated, without any complex cabling.
Parallel to the wind measurement, the data from the large ventilation systems is continuously queried via a Modbus interface. This creates a well-founded database that makes it possible to better understand the complex situation and develop targeted solutions. The evaluation of all the data by Oxoia's AI finally revealed the correlations.

The wind direction and strength in the center mall could be assigned to certain operating states of the roof flaps and doors. This clarified the cause.
The analysis of the ventilation operation also revealed further anomalies and opportunities for optimization. These were rectified in close cooperation with the system integrator, resulting in more efficient and stable operation.
