When designing heating systems, the annual consumption is used to estimate the heating output. Old systems are often oversized, which is why a 1:1 replacement with the same output does not make sense.
Three wireless sensors are used to monitor rooms and the flow and return of the heating. This allows the operating parameters to be adjusted to the usage.
The monitored operation enables the plausibility of the annual consumption to be checked. The flow measurement can be used to draw conclusions about the utilization of the boiler based on its cycle time. This means that the replacement can now be designed in a cost-optimized manner.
